1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

✔️ The item is unused will be returned within 7 days of delivery.
✔️ The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
✔️ Proof of purchase (order number, invoice) is provided.

5️⃣ Refund Process – Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.

3. Refund Processing Time

✔️ Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after product inspection.
✔️ Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as a store credit.
✔️ Shipping charges are non-refundable (except for defective/damaged items).

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
